Dr. Jada enjoys most of all spending time with her family of 5.  She loves practicing what she teaches and enjoys trying new healthy recipes and taking long walks with her 10-year-old Boxer, Oscar.  Her next venture is working on her first book, a neo-soul food cookbook with a twist.
